We decided to start this group to give dog owners a safe, clean, fun, and tempture controlled enviroment to come and socialize with their dogs. Anyone who has a dog who gets along well with others should join our group.

I have a Maltese mix, we call him a Meekapoo, who loves to be in the company of other dogs. He really doesn't discriminate against larger dogs, he loves them too, but I can be more relaxed when he's around the little guys, so he doesn't get inadvertently trampled on (it's happened before!). East Windsor Dog Park has a fun crew of volunteers that keep the park thriving! We're proud of our lush, grassy dog park and we'd love to grow our group of fur friends too. This group will focus on doggie play times, socializing events for both dog and owners alike. Share your preferred playtimes at the park so our community of friends can join in. This weekend we'll be kicking off the group with our annual Doggie Dip- All Day Swim.

This Meetup is for anyone who loves bully breeds (American Pit Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, Boxers, etc.) and wants a chance to meet up with other bully breed owners and socialize their dogs with pack walks and off-leash hikes/walking adventures, and an occasional meetup at a dog park or dog-related event going on in the area. Puppy Meet Up is open to all puppies, regardless of breed, under 18 weeks old whether or not your puppy is enrolled in classes with Best Friends Pet Care. Our free puppy meet up provides a safe environment where your puppy can get the important socialization he needs, in a controlled and friendly environment, supervised by a behavioral dog trainer. Your puppy will develop important social skills while having a great time and burning off some energy!

Free puppy playgroup in fenced-in backyard; supervised by certified applied animal behaviorist.  For clients of Westport Dog Training, LLC and other area puppy owners.  This playgroup gives puppies a chance to socialize with their peers, and owners will be delighted to take home a tired puppy.  Puppies should be two to six months of age, up-to-date with vaccinations, and friendly towards other puppies and people.  No metal collars or shock collars, please.
