We meet at least once a month, at the Holliston Meadows, 140 Summer Street, Holliston, MA 01746 (508) 429 1500. The Meadows is a beautiful multimillion dollar newly built dog resort and spa. The area for the meetup is clean, elegant, cozy and personal, has windows, (and a treadmill!) The staff is angelic! And there is plenty of seating. The meet is a casual play group for our dogs and a chance to talk to each other about our dogs and enjoy refreshments. It is a lot of fun to watch our …

Merry Mutts Meet Up of the North Shore is for area dog owners who enjoy taking their dogs out to walk, romp, and sniff at local dog-friendly places. This group is designed for dogs and their parents who crave fresh air, exercise, and opportunities to socialize. Your dog should be vaccinated, spayed/neutered, and friendly toward other dogs. And you should be diligent in picking up after your pooch. Let's keep our dog-friendly venues clean! And even though "Mutts" is in the group name, pure-breds …
Instead of bringing dogs to a fenced in "boxing ring" to rough house and potentially get hurt, we are bringing them on a focused walk in their most natural state - in a pack. We can do simple paved trails, such as Bare Cove or Pond Meadow Park. Or we can step it up a notch and try the paths less traveled, and go for hikes on the Blue Hills. Location suggestions are welcome! So, all friendly pups and their owners, come join us on our walks for exercise, socialization and some fresh air. Rememb …
There's just something special about little white (or not so white) fluffy (or not so fluffy) dogs. It's amazing to see more than one at a time. And, I swear they recognize and love being with each other. This Meetup Group is about getting them together for some silliness, in a safe environment where they can romp and play and know they are safe from their larger cousin dogs. (We have the best and nicest human members too - so nice getting to know everyone!)
Boston Dogs Organization is the play-date, playgroup, reference section, dog and owner communication portal, extension of its nonprofit www.boston-dogs.org Our parent nonprofit specializes in unique, holistic, individual training; performing surrender interventions; facilitating rescue transportation and placements; and constant canine political advocacy (we spearheaded the first criminal devocalization Bill in the USA "Logan's Law" and passed it 155 - 1 by the MA legislature and signed by Gove …

I have 2 standard poodles who love to play and socialize. We go to a couple of other dog meetups but don't meet too many other big dogs for running and more robust play. We're hoping to get together with any larger breeds who like to play and run too. We live in Southie, but we especially like Cat Rock Park in Weston. We are open to anyplace we can be off-leash in a safe or fenced place.
Socialization is key during a puppy's development, but it's so hard to find other dogs in their age group outside of formal puppy socialization classes. This group was created so Boston-area puppy owners can get together with their young pups (and young children too!) to make sure that our puppies will grow up to be well-adjusted and comfortable in a variety of social situations. We can meet in local parks, or even member's yards, depending on who's interested.... It'll be fun!

Welcome Shibas! I am the proud owner of a beautiful 5 year old Shiba Inu named Jayden. We moved to Boston in October 2011. After the success of setting up our last Shiba Inu meet up (17 Shibas) we decided to start up our own in the Boston Area. I love to keep Jayden active and meeting other Shibas is great for our pups. I will keep this Shiba group, active and updated at all times, to give all the Shibas in the Boston area chances to play with other Shibas. The meetups will be at several differe …
"Calling all medium and big dogs owners! Let's have our "4-legged" children (rescued or purchased, mixed or pure breed) meet and socialize once a week on either Saturday or Sunday at a near-by park. We can laugh over their antics, swap dog stories and brag about our beloved pets.

Would your small dog (under 15 lbs) or puppy like to play with others and get their energy out early in the day? I have a fenced in yard where all are welcome or let's share fenced-in spaces. Maybe one to two mornings per week for 30-60 minutes. Let's limit it to small and friendly dogs to minimize problems. Come meet Ziggy (my rescued min-pin/chihuahua mix) and Marley (my rescued yorkie mix) and let your dogs have some fun!

This is a group for married men who are looking for new male friends to share ideas, philosophy, politics, music, bicycling, hiking, dog walking, scotch, beer, you name it. A few key items: you are happily married and talking about sports is not big on your agenda...or not on your agenda, at all:-) We'll get together to do whatever new members find interesting. Calling all West Highland Terrier owners living West of Boston, MA!! I'd love for my Westie Henri to meet other Westies. The purpose of this group is gathering Westie owners to socialize and have play dates, share advice and friendship, and create a resource for each other.
This group is for those that want to meet new people with or without their dogs. If there is a dog socializing event, all size dogs are welcome as long as they are not to aggressive. If there is a non-dog event, we can go to dinner, grab drinks, read books, pretty much anything. I would love suggestions from members as to things we can do in this area. I would not mind going to Boston on occasion, but prefer being in this area. So, if you would like a gym partner, book club friend, wine tasting …
